A systemic exception is made for any IRB-approved study protocols we develop, which will be licensed under CC Attribution-No Derivatives 3.0. Although this is a non-compliant license under many “open definitions,” we cannot allow any changes to be made to the IRB documents, because when they are approved by the Board they become documents that we must follow verbatim.
